The hotel was relaxed and pleasant, and dogs were made to feel very welcome. Our rooms were quiet, comfortable and nicely kept, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast room felt cozy and inviting. Breakfast was excellent, with huge portions, perfectly made and absolutely delicious. We even learned how to make perfect poached eggs during our stay, which was a lovely touch.

We were five friends, and none of us could think of anything that wasn’t great. There was plenty of room, the beds were nice, and breakfast was fantastic. Everything was absolutely perfect. We just wish we’d stayed longer!

The breakfast was fantastic, with a huge range of choices, and the host shared some great local stories. Our room was cosy and spotless, too. We were only in Inverness for a quick honeymoon stop, but the house was just right. Town was an easy walk, with plenty of good pubs and restaurants nearby. Parking in the city can be limited.

Janice made us an incredible breakfast, including our first taste of haggis, and it kept us going until dinner. We stayed two nights with our little dog, and our room was immaculate and spacious. The hosts were really friendly, and finding the house was easy. There are spaces for three cars off the road, so parking was simple. The centre is about 1.5 miles away, an easy walk for dinner or drinks. I couldn't find a pet-friendly place to eat any closer. We'd definitely stay again if we return to Inverness.

Janice was wonderful with the family, offering ideas for places to visit and useful material to help us find our way around. Breakfast was lovely, with a choice of options, and a nice start to the day. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The city centre is a short walk away, but the guesthouse is far enough from the bustle that you don't hear the usual city-centre noise. The place is well cared for and has on-site parking. I stayed four nights and would happily come back.
