The freshly cooked breakfast was outstanding, and the rooms were clean and cosy, with big beds. Everything was arranged so beautifully. Peter was a fantastic host, always happy to chat and full of very good advice. We had a great time here!

The beds were really comfortable, with decent pillows, and the rooms were super cute, either recently renovated or just very well looked after. We had a great home-cooked breakfast, and it's a short walk into Inverness for dinner. After three weeks of travelling, this is our favourite stay so far. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely stay longer.

Peter made us feel so welcome, and even let us check in early to leave our luggage before exploring more of Inverness. The room was clean and comfortable, with decor we loved and great water pressure. Breakfast was excellent, and eating in the dining room was a really pleasant experience. It was our first stay at a true bed and breakfast, and it was fantastic. Peter was careful about following COVID guidelines and very accommodating. We can't wait to come back!

Peter was a friendly host who offered plenty of breakfast choices, and we really enjoyed the food. Our bright room was excellent, with a spacious bathroom and shower, plus everything needed to make a cuppa, including a choice of tea and coffee and lovely ginger biscuits. Peter also explained a scenic way to find our way around, with a lovely walk down by the river. Once we got home, I realized I'd left my Kindle in the room. Peter very kindly offered to post it to me free of charge, which was so good of him. Thanks for making our stay memorable. We'd definitely stay again when we're in the area. Andy and Flora enjoyed Heathcote B&B and thought Peter was fantastic.

Peter made us feel at home, and his breakfast tips for the day were great. He was friendly and easy to chat with, and the eggs were spot on. Our room was cosy and nicely decorated, though too warm when we arrived. Turning off the radiator and opening the window fixed that. There’s also a handy private car park off the main road. The shower pressure in our room was really poor. Even so, the stay was well worth the money. The B&B is about a 15-minute walk from the centre, and we’d happily come back if we’re in the area. Highly recommend it.
