Michelle and Brian are so attentive and welcoming, and made my short stay in Inverness feel special. I travelled alone, and being greeted with a smile like family was really touching. They also shared wonderful ideas for things to see in Inverness and the surrounding area, and made sure I was comfortable. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and full of natural light. The bed and sheets were plush and soft, and the washroom had a big shower, a well-lit vanity, and a luxurious towel warmer. There were thoughtful extras too, including shoe shine, make-up remover, biscuits, tea and coffee, and a handy little whiskey for a nightcap. Breakfast was delicious and traditionally Scottish. I truly loved my stay and look forward to visiting Lynver Guest House again.

The owners were incredibly helpful and thoughtful, and gave us great recommendations for places to eat. Parking felt safe for both my motorbike and car. The room had fantastic facilities and lots of attention to detail, and the shower in room 2 was brilliant. I'd highly recommend the Lynver guest house, and hope you enjoy it as much as we did. I'll definitely be back later this year on my way further north, and again next year.

The breakfasts were fantastic, and the porridge and avocado toasts are worth trying. The friendly owners greet you with a map and detailed tips for local pubs and restaurants. Rooms have plenty of supplies, including water, a small fridge, cookies and several shots of whiskey, with nice little touches throughout. A great B&B I'd recommend to anyone visiting Inverness.

The room was really nice, with a big, beautiful bathroom, and there’s a patio outside where you can sit and read. My mother and I stayed one night while touring the Highlands. The hosts, a lovely couple, were very helpful with tips about the area. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the train station and just around the corner from Church and High Street. I’d happily recommend it.

A handy spot for town, just a few minutes on foot, and easy to reach from any direction. The B&B has three well-kept rooms with all the facilities you need. Everything was very clean and tidy, and breakfast had a good range of choices.
