We were so thankful to find this refuge during a winter storm, after the weather disrupted our plans. The staff were working hard and we really appreciated them. We got a room that suited us, with two twin beds, and Room 3 across from the hotel was lovely and newly finished. It also had a great little patio outside, and we liked being able to adjust the heater. The food at the restaurant was the best of our holiday. I loved the Cullen skink so much I ordered it both times, and the catch of the day was salmon. My husband really enjoyed his venison dinner.

The staff were easily the best part of our two-night road trip stop, very personable and lovely, including the people working in the restaurant. We had Room 1 on the first floor. It was an okay size, though the ceiling in the bathroom had some mould, which bothered my travel partner. The decor felt a little dated, but it was still a decent place to stay, and clearly popular with locals at dinner and with groups travelling together. We tried the attached pub for dinner one night, couldn't work out how service operated, and nobody came to take our order, so we left. We really enjoyed the staff we met at the hotel. Thank you!

We'd gladly stay here again. Snow stopped us from reaching the place we'd originally booked, and we're so glad the Broadford Hotel staff helped us out. Bradley was an absolute rockstar. The new rooms across the street were roomy enough and really good, and the food was excellent. Get the venison if it's available! Thanks to the hotel, we had a magical time touring the island.

A lovely trail along the ocean is right across the street, and the breakfast and other food were great. The staff were welcoming too. The building dates back to the 1600s and has been really well cared for. We'll stay here next time we're in the area.

The hotel had a beautiful view, clean rooms, good food and friendly staff. Dinner's vegan options were excellent: mushroom pâté to start and smoked tofu for the main. Breakfast didn't list a vegan option, but they were able to make me a cooked breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here.
