We weren’t staying here, just driving through, but some of the nicest people we’ve met helped us out. It’s a beautiful spot on a beautiful day.

There’s loads of room for two people, with a large bedroom, living room, and a nicely sized kitchen and bathroom. Sue welcomed us warmly, and we could choose our breakfast each morning. The grounds are beautiful, and a town with restaurants, a small local supermarket and a petrol station is very close by.

Sue made the place feel like home, and we had lovely conversations with her about the area and places to see. It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot, and the breakfasts were both enormous and delicious. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.
