I enjoyed my week in a four-person lodge apartment, though it really needs a fridge. Milk for tea goes sour pretty quickly without one. The food was quite decent, and most of the staff were great, though one waitress wasn't very nice. The golf course was very nice, with fast greens that were spot on. The driving range was great too, with Toptracer in every bay. I'll come back when I'm in the area. And a shout-out to the very nice gentleman from the golf shop who remembered us from a year and a half ago. Maybe the computer reminded him, maybe not, but it was a nice touch.

That Sunday roast was so good. I had the lamb Henry, made with fresh local produce and cooked just right. The chefs are a real credit to Carus Green. I don’t usually leave reviews, but wow, what a place. I’m from Yorkshire and I’ll be back 🙌🏻

The course was in beautiful condition, and we had a fantastic day playing it together. My son and I also got to meet the Queen and the less beautiful Big Dog. Hope you enjoy the ball marker, and definitely make your way to Traigh. Thanks to everyone for such a brilliant day. Hopefully see you soon.

The service was fantastic and it’s a great place. The golf was alright too, I guess 🤣

We spent the day at the range, then had lunch outside overlooking the 18th green. The food was lovely, with plenty to choose from. My classic burger was great, and my partner’s pizza was one of the best I’ve had in a while. Coffee was nice too, and the prices felt pretty good value. The driving range is cracking, with good tech and well priced balls. Hiring clubs for the day was pretty cheap. I’m only just starting out, and several people there took time to help with my swing. Staff at the range and in the well stocked club shop were really helpful. The restaurant team were kind and welcoming as well. I’ve got nothing bad to say about the trip. The course looked great, and I’d recommend the range and restaurant to beginners and pros alike. A lovely day out.
