It’s a short walk into town through the park beside the river, with spectacular mountain views around the town. This is the best apartment we’ve ever stayed in. It was beautifully clean and very comfortable. The furnishing and decor felt like no expense had been spared, and it was clear the owners care about making guests feel welcome and relaxed as soon as they arrive.

The location was great, with parking on site and about a 10-minute walk into town. We stayed in the Fell215 loft apartment, which was modern, spacious, well equipped and spotless. The hosts communicated excellently. We’ll definitely book again on our next visit to Keswick.

Parking was a bonus, and Steve was a pleasure to deal with, though we only needed the usual welcome and departure emails. This was our second stay at the Lairbeck, this time in Bethby Beck. As impeccable and spotless as last time, with a high-end finish from the quality bedding to the underfloor heating. The Christmas tree, bottle of Prosecco and complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar were lovely touches. We’ll be back as soon as we can. Thank you!

The apartment was neat and clean, with lovely surroundings and an easy route into the city. The host was very friendly, and there was good parking space too. Excellent place, highly recommended, five out of five from me.
