Rooms at The Ritz Complex

The staff really made the stay and did all they could to help. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice, and the shower was excellent, though the noisy extractor fan sounded like it needed cleaning. Parking was adequate, but the disabled spaces on the hard standing had so many holes that getting around in a chair was tricky. Access was the bigger problem. Reception isn't staffed around the clock, and once the staff have left, you can only get in by the steps because nobody is there to open the side door with the ramp. I'm an ambulatory wheelchair user and couldn't have managed that alone. I wouldn't stay again because of these access issues, which have nothing to do with the staff.
