Teardrop Cottage

The room with the Jacuzzi was a real treat, and the whole cottage was spotless. Mike was such a lovely host and went out of his way for us. We loved our stay and would happily recommend the place and Mike.

The chocolate room was lovely, with river views and complimentary little treats and Harrogate spa water. The bathroom was along the landing, which was fine, and had both a big shower and a roll top bath. Mike was welcoming, friendly, and full of helpful ideas for things to do and places to go. We had a wonderful night and would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Mike is a real credit to independent B&Bs, and the continental breakfast was first class. We loved the beds, bathroom, and biscuits too. The place has all sorts of indoor and outdoor seating, and the riverside setting is special. Parking was easy, with transport links, walks, food, drinks, and local shops just yards away. We couldn't have asked for more and would gladly recommend it and return. Gordon & Susan

The hot tub was amazing, and we left feeling completely relaxed. We were here for our anniversary, and the place felt like a home away from home. Mike was friendly and welcoming, and knew the area well. We followed his recommendation and had an amazing meal at two brothers. The waterside setting was lovely, and the town was only a short walk away. Can't wait to return.
