I was walking the Offa's Dyke trail, or at least half of it, and spent my final night here. I was sad the walk was ending, but glad I finished here since now I have an excuse to come back. The Offa's Dyke room was comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the landlady very accommodating. The room was magnificent, the service spot on, and the guest house clearly well cared for. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The village was full of friendly, chatty people, and the woman running the place was wonderful. Inside it's beautifully classy, and the location is great for a very reasonable price. One small thing, the clock tower outside can be a bit noisy, so bring earplugs if you're not keen on a cheerful gong. I thought it was fun for the novelty, though. Just 100% yes.

We had a lovely room with both a bath and a shower. The owner was friendly and accommodating, and gave us keys for the room and front door so we could come back whenever we wanted. A great place to stay.
