Watching the wildlife over breakfast was a lovely part of the stay, and the breakfast itself was excellent. Our room had lovely countryside views, and all the little touches made it such an enjoyable visit. Greenbank Farm is a real find in the countryside, not too far from Lancaster. Sally and Simon were so friendly and welcoming. It’s one of the best B&Bs we’ve stayed in. Definitely recommend it!

Sally and Simon, the owners, are so friendly and helpful, and the studio and rooms are lovely. It’s wonderfully quiet, just right for a relaxing break. You do need a car, which is the only downside, as there’s no public transport. We had family nearby, so it worked out for us. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was a proper hearty farmhouse meal, with homemade bread and preserves, and those views were hard to beat. We also bought three lovely cushions Sally makes and sells for a charity close to her heart. She and Simon are such lovely people, and we really didn’t want to leave. The room was stunning and felt as if nobody had ever stayed in it. The linen and toiletries were wonderful, and the views were amazing. The welcome pack explained the farmhouse’s history and showed how proud the owners are of it. We loved everything from the moment we arrived. If you come across this little gem, don’t pass it by.

Breakfast was fabulous, with lots of variety and quality produce. The room was cosy, the bathroom lovely, and the view from the room was beautiful. Sally and Simon welcomed us warmly and were so friendly and helpful. There were nice little touches too, with everything we needed close to hand. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
