Shona made us feel very comfortable and welcome at this lovely B&B by the seafront. The breakfast was top notch, and the furnishings and decor around her house have lots of lovely design touches. It's in a great location, and I'd highly recommend it.

My elderly father had a lovely stay at Broom lodge and Shona took great care of him. When he forgot his phone, she even let me speak with him on hers while she was making him a lovely breakfast. Huge thanks. The place is right on the front, with lovely rooms, good prices and good value. The breakfast was fab, proper five-star Scottish hospitality.

Seona is such a delight, full of energy and makes everyone feel welcome. The house is beautiful and has lots of rooms; ours was clean and comfortable. Each morning there's a full Scottish breakfast, with really yummy toast and jam. Highly recommend staying here when you're in Largs.

We only spent one night here, but had a lovely stay. Seona, the owner, was friendly and helpful, the room was nice and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.
