The lift is out of order at least two days most weeks, so we're left taking the stairs. It seems to happen every Monday through Wednesday. Management doesn't tell us about maintenance, and if there's a problem, you can't get in touch with the team or get a reply. It's very irresponsible, and this place really isn't suitable for people who work. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Gateway apartments is handy for getting around Leeds. The bus station is just a two-minute walk, and Trinity Mall, Kirkgate indoor/outdoor market, and Crown point shopping area are all about 5-10 minutes away on foot. The flats are spacious, with nice views, and there's a great convenience store and an Indian community. One of the best places to live in Leeds City centre.

The security staff in this building are disgusting. This morning they reduced my daughter to tears just because she asked about her parcel. It was awful, like a bullying coward taking pleasure in frightening a single woman. If you're a single female, I'd avoid renting here.

The rent is very high, so I wouldn't recommend this apartment to a colleague student.

The flats are absolutely amazing and the location is great. Parking, though, is shocking if you don't have a paid spot.
