Breakfast had loads to choose from, including some options for different diets, and it was excellent. The bar made great cocktails and often had offers such as Happy Hour. The location is handy for central Leeds, with the train station, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. There is parking, though the number of spaces is limited for a hotel this size. I'd stay again.

We booked a well-equipped, comfortable room as part of a group dining visit, and the staff were welcoming and quick to sort out our small questions. The place is lovely and in a great location. At some points the bar seemed short-staffed, with one person serving a big crowd, so we had to wait. It didn't spoil the experience, and we'd happily come back. We didn't see the rooms, so I can't comment on them.

Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice and good quality food. The rooms were clean, spacious and nicely presented, with great amenities, though having the toilet separate was a bit odd. Parking is pretty reasonable for somewhere right in the centre of Leeds. A very good hotel.

We spent one night here for a local event, and the hotel was well placed for both the town centre and the train station. The room had good facilities, plenty of seats and a decent-sized TV. I really liked having the toilet and shower in separate rooms.

We stayed at the Novotel while visiting my dad in hospital, which was a draining and traumatic time. The reservations and reception staff, especially Sissy & Shona, were so caring and helpful. The hotel is exceptionally well run, and its well-trained staff show that a chain can treat guests as individuals just as well as an independent hotel can. Huge thanks to everyone. We'll definitely stay again.
