The quiet overnight stay was lovely, with birds singing and a beautiful sunrise over the paddock. We even saw real Easter bunnies running across the field on Easter Sunday morning, and the gorgeous horse chomping away on the grass. The modern room was clean and comfortable. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary on Easter Saturday with 21 guests, and the Barn Room was just right for our family dinner. We had fussy eaters, vegetarians and someone coeliac to cater for, but Neil put together a menu that worked for everyone. He was helpful from our first visit, answered all our questions quickly, and made nothing feel like too much trouble. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous food.

The team at Bridge House Barn were welcoming and helpful, making sure the day ran smoothly for Katie and Andy. I photographed their wedding there in August last year, and it was an unforgettable experience. The setting is peaceful countryside with gorgeous views, and the canal-side backdrop gave us so many distinctive photo opportunities. There’s on-site accommodation for couples and guests, which makes things relaxed and convenient. With the beautiful tipi, picturesque surroundings and comfortable rooms, it’s a dream wedding venue. Bridge House Barn brings together charm, scenery and excellent facilities. Highly recommended.

The rooms were immaculate and beautifully finished, and it’s clear a lot of care went into the design and details of the development and refurbishment at Bridge House Barn. The rural setting by a waterway, with fields all around, was delightful. My nieces and I had a lovely time there last weekend. My little niece loved the tire swing and exploring, where she spotted rabbits, a hare and the horse. There was an event on, and we could see how lovely the tipis would be for a wedding or, as it was this time, a baby shower. I thoroughly recommend it.

Emma and Robin were helpful and organised throughout the planning, and brilliant on the day. Neil the barman was so friendly, he charmed all our guests. We were able to have the venue for the whole weekend and style it how we wanted, which gave us the freedom and creative license we wanted for our wedding. The staff were communicative and friendly, helping bring our vision to life. Bridge House Barn is such a unique, stunning place, with gorgeous countryside and a beautiful canal running through. The accommodation at the venue is superb too. We got married here in August and had an even more magical day than we could have hoped for. Thanks for a day we'll never forget! We held my partner’s 30th birthday here last weekend, and everyone was well looked after. The venue looks lovely, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Thanks to the Bridge House Barn Team. It’s a great spot for a celebration, or just for a drink and some good food. They cater for all.
