The common room is always spotless, and the staff and residents are genuinely so nice. It’s clean and comfortable, and the location makes getting to uni and around easy. Best student accommodation I’ve stayed in, highly recommend it.

Sometimes people in the courtyard make a lot of noise after 11pm, though security does step in. It’s more down to residents not considering others than the staff. Otherwise, my studio is spacious and much better than many others I’ve seen around Leicester. Reception staff are extremely helpful, and the iq app has what you need, including equipment bookings.

The staff are friendly and dependable. If there’s an issue with your room or keycard, they’re always quick to sort it out.

As an international student without family in the country to lean on, I found the team was always there for me. They’d answer questions, help with requests, or just have a simple chat about my day. The staff are extremely friendly and hospitable, and they really made the place feel like home.
