We stayed in one of the apartments last night and had a great time. It was spotless, modern and clean throughout, and the bed was lovely and comfortable. The room was already nice and warm when we arrived. Thanks to Martin for fitting us in at short notice and letting us check out later. I’d recommend staying here to anyone. I can’t understand how anyone could complain that anything was wrong. Thanks again!

I stayed at Lincoln self catering for a few nights in 2018, and it felt like poor value for money. The owner came across as rude and prejudiced. He controlled the central heating himself and seemed to have preconceived ideas about customers managing their own heating. My partner and I were left freezing in the house each evening before the heating came on.

It feels homely and is very clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed twice now, and since it’s near my daughter, it’ll be my first choice when I’m up here.

A clean, modern apartment in a handy spot for the town centre. Brayford Wharf and the train station are only a short walk away.

A great place to stay, with a huge comfortable bed and a really clean room.
