The staff are lovely and helpful, and there's security on duty 24/7. Bobby 🐶 is lovely too. The area feels peaceful, quiet, and absolutely safe. For my master's, choosing iQ was definitely the right call. The rent isn't expensive for what you get, and it has everything you need. My classroom is just a three-minute walk away, since iQ is very close to UOL, especially the North Campus. Liverpool Lime Street Station is 0.4 miles away, and the city centre takes only 10 minutes to reach. One little secret: if you can get flat 17, it has a great view, plenty of sunlight, and a comfy room like mine.

The room and staff were lovely, and the location and price are both good. definitely recommend.

There's someone at reception around the clock, which makes me feel safe here. The rooms are amazing, I can't find any faults, and the shared areas are always neat and tidy. The staff are really friendly. 10/10.

The rooms are really spacious, and we can move all the furniture except the built-in desk, so each one of ours has its own setup. We chose IQ for second year at uni and have had the best time. There are games nights every Sunday, lots of other events, and a group chat that's helped us make loads of friends. Free tea and coffee in reception is a nice touch too. Everyone at reception is lovely. We always say hi, and they remember our names when we come down for parcels, which has made living here so much nicer. It's very close to all the universities in liverpool, with plenty of shops just around the corner. Say hi to Ellen, Claire, Tony and Ciara if you stay here, they've made our time amazing. And here's a bonus, Bobby, the friendliest reception dog you'll ever meet!!!!

I found this a very bad place to live. It's far from everywhere, cleanliness is never taken care of, and you end up paying for everything. If you want somewhere good to live, I recommend not choosing iq.
