Room 407 was quiet, spotlessly clean and in good condition. It's a compact studio, but the kitchen is well equipped. We could walk to the cathedral, station, restaurants and cafes, so it made a handy base for one night. The receptionist was incredibly helpful.

Being so close to central Liverpool made this a convenient stay. The studio is small, but had everything we needed to cook and make ourselves at home. It was spotless, which matters a lot to me, and both check-in and check-out were easy. We loved it. I'd definitely book here again if I'm back in Liverpool.
The room felt a bit narrow when we first walked in, but it has all the basics you'd want in a studio, even for a longer stay. There's a fridge and TV, the shower is decent, and the kitchenette has a kettle, toaster and oven, along with plates, cups and glasses for having a small group of friends over. For students at University of Liverpool who haven't found a long-term lease yet, there's good wifi and a study desk that can also serve as a dining table. It covers the basics for a mid to long stay. We were in the Knowledge quarter, and the location worked really well. There's a huge choice of places to eat and drink within a 15-20 minute walk, plus supermarkets nearby if you want to cook for yourself. We didn't use the kitchenette. The staff were welcoming and friendly, explained useful things about the room, lift and security, and suggested a great spot for breakfast. The room was quiet, and the breakfast at Bekas, the Kurdish cafe round the corner, was amazing. My only small issue was the bed. The mattress and pillows felt too firm for me, and I struggled to get comfortable, though my OH slept fine. I've also had some muscular aches and pains lately, which probably didn't help, so I know it's very subjective. It wouldn't stop me booking again. The price was great, and we had all the amenities we needed for a night in Liverpool. Thanks, everyone. We'd definitely stay here again if we're in this part of the city.
A clean, comfortable place to stay near the city centre. I totally recommend it.
