10/10
We chose this place for a gig because it was walkable and in a quiet residential area, and it turned out to be a real hidden gem. The host sent the key code details the day before and was very helpful. The foyer and room were immaculate, with lots of little extras we hadn’t expected. There was a lovely shower and toiletries, plus a great kettle, microwave and mini fridge. We’d definitely come back.

4/10
The bathroom was modern and clean, and the service was good, but room number 1 was far too cramped for two people. There was only the bed, barely any space for our bags or anything else, and moving around was difficult. We ended up putting our luggage in front of the door so we could get around the bed. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable. I could feel the springs, and it made noise whenever I turned over.

6/10
Rooms were very tidy, and it’s a cheap and cheerful place. The continental breakfast left in the lobby was lovely. It’s a very clean hotel, but there’s no room service. The location isn’t great, though Liverpool One Bus Station isn’t too far away.
