Breakfast was tasty and fantastic, and Georgie and Chris were welcoming from the time we arrived until we left. The promenade and pier are only a couple of minutes away on foot. Everything seemed to have been thought through for a relaxing stay. We'd happily book again on our next visit and recommend it to others. Thanks for such a peaceful, lovely break. John & Beverley.

We can leave the car parked and get around on foot, since everything is within walking distance. Parking is available, which is handy. We've stayed at Adcote House many times, and Georgie and Chris have always been great hosts. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and breakfast is consistently excellent.

We stayed four nights in the snowdon superior suite this week, and it's one of the better guest houses we've been to. The bedroom was a good size and looked over the avenue, with a separate sitting room, comfy sofa, and TV. The bathroom was a decent size and perfectly adequate. It's on the 3rd floor, up several flights of stairs, so it may not suit everyone. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was varied and tasty, served between 8.30 and 9.10, and you need to choose the day before. Parking for 6 cars can be a squeeze, but there's free on street parking as well, so that wasn't a problem. Thanks for a lovely stay. Highly recommended.

A small fridge with fresh milk and bottled water was a nice bonus. The welcome was very friendly, and the rooms were lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent too. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm in Llandudno.

The Adcote Suite is the biggest room, and we spent two nights there. It has a separate living area away from the bed, and is beautifully decorated, well furnished, and fitted with modern amenities. Mike and Dianne were great hosts, and we enjoyed the whole stay. Breakfast was very good and the service was first class. This was the best B&B of the four we stayed in during our UK tour. The property has changed hands recently and is now managed by Mike and Dianne. Highly recommended.
