Ascot House Guest House (Adults Only)

We’ll be back, thanks to Anita & Mike for such warm hospitality. This small guesthouse is exceptionally clean, with everything you need in the rooms and a friendly feel throughout. Breakfast was hot, freshly cooked and presented just right. Well done Mike 'The Cook'!! Anita and Mike know the area well and gave us helpful advice. Our room had a side view of the sea, which didn’t bother us since the sea is there to see as soon as you step outside. There’s a little front garden where you can sit and have a chat and a drink in good weather.

We’ve stayed at Ascot House since 2011, coming back at least twice a year, and we always feel at home. Nick & Anita are perfect hosts. We like room 2 for its bay window and lovely sea view; it’s beautifully decorated and spotless. Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of choice. We’ve recommended Ascot House to lots of people and would do so again.

It’s a lovely walk into Llandudno, and far enough away that town noise isn’t a problem. Anita and Nick were exceptional hosts, and the hotel was spotless. Just amazing, I’d recommend it to anyone after a restful break in the area.

We only had one night and wished we could have stayed longer. Nick welcomed us and was amazing from start to finish. The room was warm, clean and well equipped. Breakfast had a full menu of good quality food, served with a smile in a warm atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back.
