We liked our first stay so much that we've already booked another. James and Jackie know Llandudno inside out and are clearly passionate about what they do. They made us feel welcome the whole time, and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was excellent and breakfast was gorgeous. Thank you both.

James and Jackie kindly let us know the day before arrival that a sea-view room had opened up, and moved us into it at no extra cost, even though we'd booked and paid for a rear room without a sea view. They also offered us their parking space when we arrived, which saved us paying to park along the seafront. We had a wonderful long weekend at Britannia. They're two of the kindest people, and their hospitality made the visit feel extra special. Highly recommended!

The bus that runs behind the property was a handy bonus, since it's about a 25-30 minute walk into town. We had no trouble parking on the road outside. Jackie clearly loves her front garden, and all the colourful flowers make the welcome even nicer. The whole place was so clean, and James and Jackie made us feel at home, including with a free upgrade to a large sea-view room. Breakfast was the best we've ever had, despite having eaten at lots of different places. There was nothing we didn't like, and nothing was too much trouble. We'd definitely return and highly recommend this welcoming guest house. Well done, and thank you, James and Jackie.

Jackie and James were so friendly, and breakfast was delicious. Our room had a sea view and was both comfortable and impeccably clean. We couldn't have asked for more, and this first stay at the Britania definitely won't be our last. Thank you both.

We spent three nights at the guest house over the fireworks and remembrance weekend, and had another exceptional stay. James and Jackie are fantastic and never make anything feel like too much trouble. Their brilliant breakfasts made the visit superb.
