The owners Alison and Carl were a delight and did their best to accommodate all our needs. Eight of us stayed at Morlea b+b for a lovely family weekend, and we all had a great time. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, with a few extra touches that gave them a friendly feel. Breakfast was fab, and even though we all ordered different things, it came out together, hot and nicely presented. We’d highly recommend Morlea and will definitely return.

We came back again on 11/10/25 for a couple of nights, and everything was just as good as before. Our first visit was from 7/8/25 till 11/8/25, when we spent four nights in this quaint, relaxing B&B. My room had what felt to me like a lovely, calming Victorian theme. Carl and Alison were absolutely fabulous and more than met our needs. They’re on site 24 hours if needed, while still respecting your privacy. Alison makes a fantastic breakfast with Top Butchers quality provisions, and her homemade buns are the best I’ve ever tasted. Carl and Alison are friendly, welcoming and ideal people to run a bed and breakfast. The location is brilliant for all the amenities in Llandudno. Thank you again, guys. Keep being you! The hosts were very friendly and did their best to make our stay a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was within walking distance from this central Llandudno location, including the promenade, pier and other attractions. The en-suite rooms were clean, tidy and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a choice of Full English, porridge, fruit and cereal. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Alison and Carl were friendly, attentive hosts who knew plenty about nearby amenities. The rooms were lovely and clean, with comfy beds, and breakfast was excellent, made with good-quality ingredients. Morlea guest house is a great little gem, and we’re looking forward to our next visit.

The location’s great, and breakfast was good. The service was really attentive too. The rooms could use a bit of work, though. They feel dated and could do with a proper tidy-up.
