The Promenâd

The sea view was lovely, but the room was very average. We paid for a “deluxe room” and it didn’t feel deluxe at all. The website photos looked nothing like the rooms in real life. We wanted to sit outside, but the garden had dead plants and the table was filthy throughout our whole stay. We didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment on the food, but the website listed it at £10 and the hotel charged £12.50. We stayed three nights last week and paid quite a lot. It was very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. I don’t know when the other reviews were written, but this feels like a 3-star hotel.

It was my first visit to Llandudno, and I’ll be back to both the town and this B&B. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a really comfortable bed. It’s right on the seafront with great views, and breakfast was very nice in a well laid out dining room. David, the owner, was always willing to help, and the whole team were very friendly. A great Bed and Breakfast, highly recommended.

Our hosts, David and Claire, were so welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice, and the room and facilities were spotlessly clean. We stayed two nights and will definitely return. This amazing couple deserve their four stars and more!

Our room was No.9 on the top floor, and we loved it. We spent three days at this lovely little B&B in Llandudno, right by the beach. The rooms are bright and airy, and everything was very clean. David and Claire couldn’t do enough for us, and breakfast was lovely with plenty to eat. I can’t recommend staying here enough, and would definitely come back when we visit Llandudno again.
