37GS Residences

I don't usually leave reviews, but Saeed's service made me want to write one. I may not have his name spelled right. He always greeted me with a sincere smile and made me feel valued, often spotting what I needed before I asked. Luxury is what you'd expect at a five-star hotel, but people like him are what turn a good stay into one you remember. His service matched the hotel's high standards, and I'd gladly return because of the experience he gave me.

We found a bedbug under the mattress during our November stay and left straight away, late at night. The rooms are lovely, and the front desk staff were very kind, but that discovery cut our stay short.

Pooja and Gauhar were very courteous at check-in, which went smoothly when I stayed at the hotel in the first week of this month. At breakfast, Anish and Abid were helpful. I'll visit again in May this year.

We had everything we needed as a family of three during our three nights at 37GS. The two-bedroom apartment was fabulous, modern, clean and just as shown on the website. We'd highly recommend it and will definitely come back.
