Even a year later, we still talk about this hotel and how much it added to our first trip to Europe. The central London location was quiet, with restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The British Museum, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, and more were within walking distance, and there was a bus stop right outside. Our room was clean, spacious compared with others, and had a nice street view. The bathroom was pleasant with a great shower, and everything was cleaned and restocked. Having AC was a big plus. There was no restaurant, but we liked being able to bring in food or snacks, with a mini fridge, microwave, and kettle with tea in the room. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. This really is the best hotel.

The room at The Resident Covent Garden was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully set up with what we needed. Staff were friendly and professional, and made the service feel personal. The hotel was quiet and well managed despite being right in the middle of London, with theatres, shops, restaurants, and major sights all an easy walk away. My only real drawbacks were the compact room and bathroom, and having a bathtub instead of a walk in shower. Even so, it's a comfortable, high quality choice in a great area, and I'd happily return.

My wife got sick during our stay, and the staff went out of their way to help us. Jackie and Graeme were awesome. I wish we got this kind of service in the States. The hotel is in a wonderful location, offers incredible service, and is amazing value for the money. Stay here, it's clear why it's ranked so highly.

The room was large, clean, and lovely and quiet, even with noise outside. The bed was really comfortable, and all four staff members we dealt with were friendly and helpful. We couldn't fault the hotel. Perfect location too. I'd recommend it and would come back.

Everyone at reception was welcoming and attentive. We felt warmly received, and they handled our requests with care. The room was spacious, spotless, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable short trip. The Resident Covent Garden is very centrally located, with several tube stations nearby and many sights within walking distance. It made getting around London easy. We highly recommend it and will stay again on our next visit.
