2/10
We booked a cleaning with Kinsbridge Care Ltd. (85 Cheeseman Terrace, London - W14 9XQ) a week ahead, confirmed everything the day before, and had the flat fully prepared. Then on the morning of the appointment, they cancelled at the last minute because a staff member was sick. I understand that things happen, but there was no follow-up, offer to reschedule or attempt to put things right. After preparing the flat, being left without a solution was extremely frustrating. Their communication and reliability were poor, based on this experience. I wouldn’t recommend Kinsbridge Care Ltd. if you need a service you can count on.
