The location was a big plus, with Earls Court underground about four minutes away and shops or restaurants a three-minute walk. We stayed in B02, my wife, our 12-year-old son and I, and found it comfortable, clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed, the internet was good, and even the basement felt fresh with no smell or stuffy air. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable to sleep on. At reception, Abubakar Siddiq and the Italian lady whose long name I can't remember were both very helpful and kind. We were impressed by the hospitality, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we're in London. Thanks so much.

Abubakar made a great first impression when he welcomed me, showed me around and explained how everything worked. The service was fantastic, and the apartments themselves are brand new and perfectly maintained. I'd happily come back anytime, and highly recommend staying here.

The staff were lovely, and getting to nearby tourist spots was easy. The tube is close, with ideal connections to the airport. I also loved the boutique touches, especially the branded bathrobes, slippers and toiletries, all 10/10. One of the best apartment hotels I've stayed in around London. Don't miss this Earls Court gem on your next London trip.

For our 10 days in London, The Marloes worked really well. It's a beautiful, safe area, and the station is just five minutes away on foot. The place is clean and well managed, with practical rooms that make it easy to do laundry or have a meal in. I'd definitely stay here again.

Abubakar really made us feel welcome at The Marloes. He was kind, attentive and ready to help throughout our stay, and his friendly, professional manner made a real difference. We found the accommodation comfortable and well located too. I'd recommend it to anyone after warm service and a welcoming atmosphere.
