I came for a lazy night with no cooking or cleaning, lol, and really enjoyed it. The restaurant was lovely, with great food, a nice atmosphere and a view across the river of the millennium dome. My room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was really modern, with a TV so you can relax in the bath watching it. Breakfast had lots to choose from, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is wheelchair accessible too. My only complaint is the parking, which cost £30 for the day. I think it should be cheaper.

Even though it's a bit far from the station, I'd consider staying here again. This time my trip felt complete, and I'd like to thank all the staff, including Shahima, for being attentive and helpful. Mahroof deserves a special mention: my English is limited, and he patiently explained things again whenever I asked and handled my requests efficiently. I requested a quiet room on a high floor, and they accommodated that well, though the view was a little disappointing. The room was clean, and housekeeping did a great job whenever I asked for cleaning. It was close to a perfect 10 out of 10. I had an uncomfortable experience with a staff member during an earlier visit and felt it was handled insensitively, but I came back because I liked the spacious, clean rooms and the excellent service overall.

I booked a room to celebrate my 30th birthday and, just an hour before arriving, asked if they might provide a complimentary dessert. They did, and surprised me with big “30” balloons, a lovely handwritten card and an upgrade! Bhavana and Shamina were so kind, thoughtful and attentive, and went above and beyond to make the celebration special. I wish I could relive the stay. Roman was equally lovely and welcoming at checkout. I've stayed here before and enjoyed it, but this service was something else. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you all for making my day unforgettable.

A special thanks to Mr. Roman at reception, who was courteous and very helpful. The hotel is well connected, and its location by the River Thames makes riverside walks peaceful. I booked a suite, which was spacious, comfortable and well maintained. Food quality was good and it arrived promptly, though the breakfast selection was somewhat limited and could use more variety. Overall, I had a pleasant, comfortable stay at the Radisson Blu in Canary Wharf, London, especially if you're looking for good transport connections and scenic surroundings.

Roman at reception gave me a warm, pleasant welcome and made a great first impression. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the location was convenient. All the staff were friendly and ready to help with questions. I really enjoyed my stay, would recommend the hotel and would happily return.
