It's close to Mile End station, so getting in and out of central London was easy. For the price, the room was great and even had air-conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the heat. We worried it might be noisy since it's above a bar, but honestly we didn't notice it at all. We got good value, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a problem that meant we needed to check in early, and they handled it wonderfully. Highly recommend it if you're after an affordable London stay. Thank you so much!

A cozy place for a budget long weekend, with very nice employees and a good pub downstairs. Just be aware that there's no hotel service before 3pm, so don't count on leaving your luggage in storage while you go sightseeing on your first day.

The staff were lovely, and they stored my friend's wheelchair without hesitation. The pub downstairs is great, and the location is central. The rooms show a little wear, but you're not staying at The Ritz, and you get what you pay for. I've stayed four times now because it's such good value. It'll always be my first choice when I'm in London.

The rooms were nice and the staff were lovely, but I chose this place because the website photos showed a coffee pod machine in the rooms. I love coffee, and Nescafé sachets don't count as coffee to me, so I was very disappointed.

Good value rooms above a pub, with very helpful staff and a tube station nearby. It's on a main road, so it could be a little noisy if your room faces that way.
