Shanaz handled my reservation and was really sweet and easy to talk to. The whole team was caring and helpful, and I had a great stay. The property was very nice and clean. I’d definitely recommend Viridian Chiltern Street :)
This was the best flat I’ve stayed in among the Viridian apartments. It was modern and really clean. My only suggestion is to provide hand soap in the bathroom. Since shampoo, conditioner and body soap are already supplied, hand soap seems like a basic necessity, and guests on a short stay shouldn’t have to buy it themselves. Apart from that, it was great.
At the last minute, I was told they could no longer accommodate my booking. They did arrange another of their locations, but that apartment had a different size and look from the one I’d booked. They also put me on the highest level of the new building, despite my physical restrictions, and refused to let me cancel the stay.
It’s in a really convenient spot, near restaurants, the metro, shops and Sherlock Holmes' house. The room was lovely and well furnished with everything I needed. I highly recommend it and hope to come back soon 😉
