Comfy One Bed Apartment in Broad House, Harrow

Shops and the tube station are close by, which is the main plus. I moved into my flat in September 2025 with flooring work still outstanding. The agent said management knew about it and would finish before move-in, but it's now Feb 2026 and, after many emails, the work still hasn't been done. The corridors smell, and the building doesn't seem properly looked after. I wouldn't be surprised if criminal activity were happening in some flats. I still live here, so I can't say what moving out will be like, but the reviews make me think management may cause problems returning the deposit. Management is inefficient.

My experience with Flagstone Letting Agency has been positive too, and I appreciate their help. Living at Broad House in Harrow has been very good overall. Rayners Lane station is a short walk away, with the Piccadilly and Metropolitan lines, so getting to central London is straightforward, around 50 minutes. Restaurants, shops and local markets nearby make daily life convenient. For future tenants, I'd suggest keeping good move-in and move-out inventories, along with photos and videos. Remember to put small detachable fixtures, like cupboard rails, back in place when you leave. Those records can make moving out and sorting the deposit easier.

Krina smith is the person to contact if you need help, and the team responds quickly when issues come up. The water pressure is good. Broad House is close to Rayners Lane station and the high street, where you can find groceries, Indian restaurants, Iceland, Tesco and Sainsbury's. Shops stay open until midnight, and the area feels safe for singles or couples. Rayners Lane has both the Piccadilly and Metropolitan lines, with central London about 30 minutes away and the airport easy to reach. I've attached photos of the property and rayners lane. I hope everyone has a good stay at Broad House; I think it's one of the best places to live.

I'm very disappointed with BRNS GROUP PROPERTY BROAD HOUSE. I left my flat clean and in good condition, but the company says it was dirty and wants to charge me £250 for cleaning. The credit control manager also charged £1500 from my deposit for damage I didn't do, which I believe was already there from the previous tenant. When I rented the apartment, they did an inventory but took no photos of the existing damage, and handed it over without repairs or painting. They didn't compare that earlier inventory with the one they later sent me. I have 90 photos showing the flat looked the same as when I got it a year ago and was clean. I understand charging for minor damage, but they seem to be looking for reasons to take the full deposit. I've heard many customers complain about their deposits and customer service. You can waste time calling because nobody answers, including the credit control department. I don't recommend Brns group.
