Croham Park Bed & Breakfast

The crumpets were divine, and our room was absolutely beautiful. Lloyd Park tram station is only minutes away on foot, and the location couldn't have been better. Matt & Bev were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable, just perfect hosts. I can't rave enough about this beautiful B&B and the people running it.

I needed somewhere at the last minute and found the place on Google. It's easy to find, in a large house, with reasonably sized rooms and decent beds. The room was clean overall, and had fresh towels, shower gel, a walk-in shower and a large TV. There was also a kettle, a few complimentary bottles of water and cookies, nice little touches that improved the stay. I didn't try breakfast, so can't comment on it, though based on the place and how it was run, I'm sure it would've been decent. The host was polite and helpful. The broadband upload speed was on the slow side, so bear that in mind if you work remotely and need to send emails or, worse, make video calls. I'd stay again. It's easy to get here by tram from East/West Croydon station, and the tram stop is four minutes from the B&B.

Breakfast was generous, beautifully cooked, and served with great care. Matt and Bev were lovely, incredibly helpful, and knew the area well, which made things easier for us. I stayed four nights and the room was amazing. Such a warm welcome, too. A real gem, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

The room was lovely and spotless, with its own bathroom, and the breakfast was fab. Matt made us feel very welcome and looked after us so well. We've stayed in a lot of B&Bs, and this was the best one yet. We had such an enjoyable stay and would give it more than 10/10 if we could. It'll be our first choice next time we're visiting. Thanks again, and all the best to you, Des and Amanda.
