The service was even better than the afternoon tea, which was perfect. The staff were friendly and seemed to be there whenever we needed anything, sometimes before we’d even realised we needed it. That’s what I call service. We haven’t had an experience like that in a long time. I was there with my family, who were visiting London for the first time. We’ll definitely come back on our next holiday. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

We asked for vegan afternoon tea when we booked, and they were able to provide it. It was delicious, with three sandwiches each, two vegan scones and three desserts. The atmosphere was cosy, and the service was great. The only improvement I’d suggest is having more kinds of tea to choose from. We could only order one.

The brunch was really popular when we booked, and the place works well for groups of any size. The atmosphere felt classy and comfortable, the menu was decadent, and portions were good. Service went smoothly, and when they overheard that it was one of our group's birthdays, they brought out a surprise birthday plate. Very impressive.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the maître d took time to greet every guest. The service was really professional. Our meal was delicious, and we had a nice bottle of Lady A. We had to cancel dessert when we realised we might miss our train, and the staff understood. They still brought my Aunty a lovely chocolate birthday plate with a candle, which was so kind. I took my Aunty for her 80th birthday. We went to the matinee, then came here for an early dinner before catching the trains home. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Soho, and it’s a nice, buzzy venue. Can highly recommend. We’ll definitely return. Thank you so much.
