The owners were so hospitable, and the guesthouse felt like a warm, homely retreat while my home was being renovated. It was clean and safe. Highly recommend!

The free continental breakfast was available, though we didn’t make it down after being out the night before. One of us was feeling rough, and I’ll let you guess which one 😆. The place is a bit dated inside, but we felt that gave it character, and the staff we met were friendly. The room was generally clean. My one concern was that under UV light, one pillow had hidden stains all over it. The others were fine. It’s a decent priced B&B and we’d definitely use it again. It’s a little far from Alexandra Palace. We paid £25 for a Black Cab because we struggled to get any other taxis to come. The bus would’ve been cheaper, but we didn’t want to wait around and maybe get the wrong one. All in all, decent B&B for a decent price 👍

Housekeeping are brilliant, and reception is always helpful. You can make your own breakfast, which exceeded my expectations and comes with a decent garden view. We were quite happy with our 9-day stay. It’s a very good guest house, almost a small hotel. The current rating is well deserved.

The location’s good, close to Woodside park underground station on the Northern Line. The rooms were clean and the beds were good. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, just continental with packaged rolls and toast.
