The mattress was the one real letdown. It creaked so loudly whenever either of us shifted, even slightly, that I couldn't believe I'd never come across such a noisy bed before. Aside from that, we had a good overnight stay. The location was handy for public transport and restaurants, and the staff we met at reception and breakfast were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a reasonable size, with a decent-sized bathroom and shower, plus air conditioning. Breakfast was good, with suitable choices for allergies. It was a heatwave while we were there, and they had fruit and drinks in the lobby as well as free ice creams and ice lollies, a nice touch. We enjoyed the stay at this nice hotel.

The people at this hotel are amazing. Nancy looked after us at breakfast, and she was so friendly and quick with everything. You could tell she enjoys her work. Thanks for making our stay great! 👏👏👏

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived very early in the morning, and we were exhausted. Manager Zak and his assistant, whose name I can't remember, helped by giving us a temporary room where we could rest and sleep until ours was ready. That saved us a lot of time and gave us more opportunity to go sightseeing. The hotel was clean and air-conditioned, and the staff were welcoming and very nice. We had a great stay and would definitely come back when we're in London again.

The bedroom was lovely and comfortable, and the hotel was perfect for us in a great location for our couple of days away. What really stood out was the staff. Denisa and Anisa made us feel so welcome, and their service was second to none. Thank you both for being so hospitable!

It feels like staying in a London neighbourhood, and Angel tube station is nearby, about a five-minute walk. The rooms and location were nice, and breakfast service was pleasant. Eyasin is a good lad. No major complaints. I was asked to write a review, and I'm glad to.
