Holiday Inn Express London - Ealing by IHG

The hotel was well run, the service was friendly, and breakfast was nice. Even though our room overlooked the main road, the traffic noise wasn't too bad. It's not too far from the Elizabeth Line. A few things could be better: the air conditioning was just okay, the door opening sensors weren't clear, and a glass in the bathroom would have been useful.

The room was practically spotless, and the cleaning staff were very accommodating when we needed extra towels. It was also really quiet, which was a bonus. The location is great, about a 10-minute walk to West Ealing tube station on the Elizabeth Line, putting Central London within 20 minutes. The staff were brilliant, welcoming and friendly, and went above and beyond whenever I asked for something. This has been my most pleasant experience in a London hotel so far. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the city and will definitely return soon.

Our overnight flight from Heathrow was cancelled, so we had to find somewhere to stay at the last minute. The check-in staff were very friendly, and the bed was super comfortable. The room was quiet and had what we needed while we were without our luggage. The location was excellent. Reception recommended a 24-hour market less than a five-minute walk away, where we could get a toothbrush and toothpaste, and there were several food shops nearby too. We'd absolutely stay again.
