Good value for London, with great transport links and plenty of places to eat nearby. Most shops stayed open late too. The decor throughout had a snazzy theme, and everything was very clean. Staff were excellent, polite, and helpful. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was the worst I’ve had in this hotel group, with very few choices and poor quality. I also saw guests touching everything with their hands. Hygiene felt like a joke. Our room was gloomy even in the middle of the day. A tiny bedside reading lamp was about the only useful light, and the space felt uncomfortable throughout. Cleanliness was another big problem: there were hairs in the sink, on the bed, and on the bathroom floor. It made us wonder what “daily cleaning” actually means here, because it didn’t seem properly cleaned. For what it costs, this hotel isn’t worth it. There are much better options at the same price.

I’m staying here with someone who has a physical disability, and our room is fully accessible for a manual wheelchair user. It’s spacious, with two single beds, a large TV, room for clothes, and space for suitcases under the beds. There’s also a walk-in shower, and the heating works well. The hotel offers good value for what you get. You can add a Continental Breakfast each morning for an extra £10 per person. A worthwhile place for either a short visit or a longer stay.

The location is convenient for shopping, outings, and getting around, and the hotel has a charming cinema theme and seems well maintained. Our room was comfortable. As soon as we came in, the staff welcomed us and helped with a quick, informative check-in. I’d recommend it to friends and family, and look forward to staying again.
