We were there for three nights in April, two adults and two kids, on our first family trip to London. The location is excellent, really convenient for the Underground in zone 1. There were a few things that would have made us more comfortable. The wooden horizontal blinds didn’t all work properly, and there were no curtains or proper blinds, so we woke as soon as the sun came up. Better window coverings might also have helped with the constant, understandably loud traffic noise. The shower gave us some trouble, the TV reception was awful, and all the pans were rusty inside, so I couldn’t use them. We chose an apartment partly to save on eating out, so the poor cookware was a letdown. I also had to chase them for basic check-in information that hadn’t been sent. And, more than two weeks after checkout, I’m still waiting for my £500 security deposit back, which is frankly a joke. We probably wouldn’t return to this exact property, though we might choose something similar. I’ll be checking the blinds and curtains carefully next time!

The apartments are nice and the location is convenient. I stayed here through Airbnb and had a great time. Stay here if you can.
The apartments were comfortable, but the office building across the street kept its lights on all night, so window blinds were necessary.
The hosts are great, and the location made staying here a joy.
A really good apartment.
