The reception team were friendly and professional throughout, and I especially want to thank the manager, Premice, and Elizabeth for their hospitality and excellent service. The room was spotless and neatly arranged, and I loved the hotel’s distinctive, tasteful decor. Its central location made getting around London very easy, with everything close by. I had an excellent stay and would choose this hotel again if I return to London.

The staff were lovely, and I can’t wait to come back. We got a great deal, and the welcome drink was a nice touch, especially having a non-alcoholic cocktail option. We had a city room, which was small, but the bathroom was huge and had a double shower. The rooms really were soundproof as promised, and the bed was comfortable.
Mohammed made the stay for us. He greeted us at reception, helped with all our bags, offered check-in cocktails, and got us checked in. He kept helping us find our way around town and suggested places to eat and see. He and a coworker even arranged a driver. Front desk service was amazing. The room cleaning was the only reason I rated service four stars, since sometimes they just left folded towels on our suitcases. The Piccadilly location is right in the heart of everything, with Soho four minutes one way and Chinatown four minutes the other. Our room was small, but the loft room with the bed above was still comfortable and had enough space. The hallways are confusing: my partner and I got lost trying to reach reception without following the signs. Mohammed was some of the best service I’ve experienced on holiday in Great Britain and Europe.
The rooms are small, but the design and facilities are thought through really well. My room had Groher fittings and two complete showers in one space, so two people can shower at once. It was very quiet, and the beds were comfortable. I just missed having a fridge for drinks, though I expected that with the room size. I usually don’t like self check-in, but there were people around and the arrival felt more welcoming than I expected. It’s an excellent place to rest while staying busy in the city, and it exceeded my expectations. I had to take a video work meeting from the room after my plans changed, but the internet was terrible throughout the trip on multiple devices and my phone. Video calls and streaming weren’t possible. I think network monitoring might have been causing issues too. There’s no room phone to reach reception, and I found the public number, but nobody answered. Shame, because it’s a lovely hotel and deserves five stars for what it offers. The connectivity and lack of response made me remove a star.
The room was modern, spotless, and surprisingly spacious, with a large flatscreen TV. Getting checked in was quick and easy with the self-check-in machines, and we were welcomed with a lovely arrival cocktail. The lobby has striking design, and an escalator goes straight up to the first-floor bar, which is open 24/7. The hotel is right by Piccadilly Circus, a great base for exploring central London. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. I’d recommend it to anyone after a stylish, conveniently located hotel.
