Novotel London Wembley

Our suite was a great size for three of us travelling with a two-year-old, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were there for two nights to visit attractions around Wembley Park. The hotel cot was a little short at 95cm compared with our toddler's usual travel cot, but he slept fine in it in the end. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had something for everyone, and the room service meal on our second night was delicious. A brilliant stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

The location was exactly what we needed for events at the OVO, Wembley Arena and the Troubadour Theatre, all close by. Our room was clean and had the facilities we needed, and the Rituals products in the bathroom were a lovely extra. The hotel was lovely, and staff were very friendly both at check-in and check-out. It was a great experience, and I'd definitely stay again if I'm in Wembley.

The food we had at breakfast and in the evening was excellent, and there was a great choice available throughout the day. Parking in the hotel's own car park was easy. The hotel is close to Wembley Park tube station, and the London Designer Outlet is fabulous if you want to shop nearby. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and we'll definitely book again.

We were in London for a charity match, so getting early check-in and being close to Wembley Stadium worked out perfectly. The Tube and plenty of restaurants and pop-up food shops are nearby too. Our room for two adults and a child was comfortable, with the sofa bed already made up, good air conditioning and a spacious bathroom with a lovely shower. Everyone at the bar was friendly, and the staff were welcoming throughout. I work in a five-star hotel, and the standards here were so well kept that it felt like a five-star stay to me.
