OYO Dorset House At Upton Park

Save yourself the headache. I booked through agoda and heard nothing from the property. There was no OYO sign at all, so I was confused after passing another OYO that looked different and had visible signage. I eventually reached the right place, knocked with no answer despite movement behind the door, followed a local's directions to another spot because the map showed it there, then ended up back at the door that wouldn't let me in. I arrived early, hoping to leave my bags before the 3pm check-in, after a very long journey. The person who opened the door introduced himself as the cleaner. I explained I'd booked several times and tried calling, but only got a busy tone. He said calls weren't possible before 3 and that I'd get a message with the codes. He wouldn't take my bags, so I said I'd wait outside until 3. He went back in. Agoda couldn't reach the property either. About 40 minutes later, the cleaner came back out in his jacket, ready to leave, and asked my name. I finally got the entry codes, but he seemed more interested in leaving than helping a guest. Then I spent over an hour trying to call the property again, even through OYO, and calling agoda because nobody had given me the Wi-Fi details. I hoped they'd be in the room, but no. No check-in message arrived, so I had to ask another guest who'd booked through booking.com for the information. By then I was exhausted and frustrated, and glad I'd only booked one night. I hated spending my money there.
