I'm a returning guest at Park Plaza Park Royal, and this was my best stay so far. I stopped by earlier to ask whether I could leave my car in the car park before check-in, so I knew there'd be no problem later. Manue was at the front desk and went above and beyond. She arranged an early check-in at no charge and upgraded my room, which was a genuinely thoughtful welcome. The hotel is in a great location near the station, with easy access to the city. The staff consistently make guests feel welcome, and I was extremely happy with the customer service. I'd definitely recommend it if you're after a comfortable, convenient place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Park Plaza Park Royal with our family. The hotel was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. The staff stood out most: everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, helpful, and seemed to truly care about our visit. The location worked well for us, with convenient access to Heathrow whether driving or using public transport, and easy routes into Central London. There were plenty of restaurants and other amenities nearby, too. The service made a real difference, and we'd highly recommend the hotel to families, business travellers, or anyone visiting London. Thanks to the whole team for such a pleasant stay. We'll definitely be back.

We'd never been to London before and came to stay at park plaza London Park Royal because we had a concert on Friday. We arrived before check-in and met Manue at reception. She was so welcoming and lovely, and let us check in early as a complimentary gift. She explained everything we needed to know and gave us our keys. The room is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and comfortable for our two nights. We'd 1000% recommend it to other first timers.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The hotel was clean and modern, well located for getting around London, and our room was comfortable and well maintained. Everything went smoothly. I'd stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting London. :)

After an event at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 6th June, I decided to try The park plaza because it was close by. I wasn't disappointed. Check-in was super fast, and the young lady and amin at reception gave fantastic service. The room was exceptionally clean and had plenty of space. The bed was a little hard, but perfectly fine for the night, and I was happy with everything else. Thanks for an amazing stay, hope to visit you guys again soon 😁👍
