We stayed on 13 and 14 May, and the hotel team were incredibly kind when a colleague’s laptop was stolen. They gave us practical help and support through a very stressful situation, and showed real compassion when we needed it. We’re so grateful. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the location made it easy to get around and explore. The staff’s kindness and professionalism really stood out. Their customer service made a huge difference, and I’d happily stay here again. I can’t recommend the hotel highly enough.

The room was clean and suited our needs, check-in and baggage storage were easy, the food was good, and the staff were excellent. Even while stretched thin, they stayed friendly and welcoming. The woman on reception was also trying to serve drinks at the bar, and a kind man serving in the restaurant was wearing a hairnet to help out in the kitchen. I hope higher management at Premier Inn sees this. Please hire more staff to support the lovely team already working there.

Euston Station is only a short walk away, which made getting around London really convenient. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, with everything I needed to sleep well. Breakfast was fresh and had a good range of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. It was great value, and I’d definitely stay at Premier Inn London Euston again.

The rooms were clean, quiet and well cared for. They’re a little compact, but perfectly suitable by London standards. Staff were consistently friendly, professional and helpful, so the stay felt comfortable and stress-free. It’s right by Euston Station and well connected to public transport, so it works for business or leisure. Great value, and I’d recommend it and stay again.

The air conditioning still hasn’t been fixed. I got an email about the problem after booking, and other reviews suggest it’s been broken for a while. The fan didn’t help much, it just moved the hot air around. If you don’t want to sleep in a 27 degree room, I’d avoid this hotel. The corridor smelled of cannabis for two days. The place felt tired and dated, and I wouldn’t stay again.
