Q Canary Wharf Apartments - Arena Tower

I stayed on the 6th floor. My room didn’t face the city, but I still had a great time. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, with modern, stylish decor, and the balcony is spacious, with plenty of room to relax in the summer weather. The rooms aren’t especially large, but they’re comfortable and have the amenities you need. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh. The host was easy to reach and quick to respond throughout my stay. I’d recommend this convenient place. The balcony and comfortable accommodations more than made up for the view not being of the city.

I deliver food and went into the building to take an order upstairs. The receptionist said I couldn't enter with my helmet or without a mask. I agreed to remove the helmet and asked if they could give me a mask, but he said I could just go in without one. He was enforcing one rule while ignoring the other. When I mentioned that other places kindly provide masks, he told me to go ask them for one and come back. The way he treated delivery drivers bringing food to residents was awful. I'd rate this zero if that were an option.

The apartment itself was amazing, but unfortunately some of the receptionists were very rude.

Those balconies are huge, almost the same size as the indoor living space. The building is beautiful too.
