The building is in a good location and, at around 15 years old, is still in reasonably good condition. The administration by Centrick is another story: resident complaints are ignored and repairs take ages. Reports seem to get brushed aside until something becomes a health or safety hazard. Doors don't lock, the lift often breaks, the bin room is always filthy, and parcels are stolen from the mail room every week.

This place feels extremely unsafe. The lift, rooftop and gates are broken, and flats have leaks. Homeless people sleep in the bin room. Around 70% of landlords haven't paid the service fee, so the management company can't get anything fixed.
