The gym in our building has just been renovated, and it’s a huge improvement. Everything looks spotless and the equipment is all new. Even little choices like the mirror placement and lighting seem to have been thought through. It feels roomy, modern, and makes you want to work out. Really nice addition to the building 👏🏼

I spent seven months in 2015 living alone in room 749, a Silver Studio at iQ London Shoreditch, while doing my internship at Lloyds of London. I’m from Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and I was very young on my first trip to London. The iQ staff made me feel welcome, and I’m still grateful for that. Living there had a big impact on my personal and professional life, and I remember it as an incredible experience. The area has a lively, youthful feel and lots of different cultures. There are two bus stops right outside the building, and Old Street Underground station on the black line is nearby. Ten years later, whenever I visit London, I try to walk around the iQ Student Accommodation London Shoreditch building and the neighborhood. Such lovely memories. I recommend it to students. Greetings from Bolivia!

Yasmin showed us around iQ Shoreditch when my sister was considering moving in this September. She was lovely at reception, welcoming and friendly, and explained the facilities clearly. She answered all our questions and made the viewing feel relaxed and useful. Her enthusiasm also helped my daughter imagine living there. She left excited and confident about making iQ Shoreditch her home in September. We appreciated how much time Yasmin took with us. Thanks for such a great tour!

There’s noise everywhere, including from the heating and refrigerator, and the heating system and elevator often have problems. During my stay, they started renovating the floor without warning. The electric drill went on for a month, so it was impossible to rest and everyone was driven crazy. This place is extremely bad. Run away and avoid it.

The staff and management have made my time here a really good experience. Camilo in particular is always attentive and one of the most helpful people here whenever you have a request. The building, amenities, and staff are all great. Living here has been one of the best things to happen to me in London.
