Parking on site was a real bonus so close to town, and the stylish, clean room had great facilities, including a coffee machine. The bed was comfy, just right for heading into the city that evening. I had an absolutely amazing, tasty full English breakfast and coffee the next morning, a perfect lazy start, served by Marc, who was so welcoming and friendly. A great one-night stay.

The free parking was a big selling point, and the hotel was really convenient for my work. It's a busy spot right on the South Circular, but still a nice place. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are nice and serviced daily, and there's a great coffee machine in the room.

With the rain pelting down outside, Steven's warm, lovely smile was SO appreciated. I had such a cosy, lovely time here. I travel far and wide for good vibes, but this place is only a fifteen-minute walk from me, so I'm not sure why I hadn't been before. Really glad I finally visited. Highly recommend! The Vibe Guru, lol.

Cosy place and great staff. Special shoutout to Jasmin, who was really helpful. There was a complication with the food, and she sorted it brilliantly, even though it wasn't her fault at all. I'd come back!

I booked a large family room, so I was shocked to be shown the smallest room when we arrived around 9:30 p.m. The guy who took us there left very quickly. Earlier, we had arrived before the room was ready, so they kept our case while we went to our daughter's birthday party. There were no toiletries, such as shower gel or shampoo, so we couldn't shower. I paid £232 plus a £50 deposit for bed and breakfast, then found out there was no breakfast because the kitchen wasn't available. I'm expecting a refund.
