We booked four nights and were welcomed as soon as we arrived by friendly staff and a clean room, with thoughtful details that even other five-star hotels miss. Marios, Jana and Robert, the duty manager, front desk and restaurant lunch manager, took such good care of us and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We had a successful Father's Day weekend in London and will definitely be back.

The complimentary shuttle within a one-mile radius made it really easy to get around the local area and added a lot to the stay. The location was convenient for everything, while still feeling peaceful. Our spacious, elegant rooms were very comfortable, beautifully designed and thoughtfully appointed, and the whole hotel was impeccably clean. Every staff member was warm and attentive, and the service exceeded what I expected. One of the best hotel stays I've had. I'd highly recommend it for luxury, comfort and hospitality, and look forward to coming back.

We spent eight nights here, and I've rarely seen a hotel kept so clean. The rooms were comfortable and had a fantastic shower, and the bar made perfect drinks. The staff were friendly and professional. Colin, our doorman, helped us find certain places, while Magdalena and Alex, our breakfast hosts, took great care of us and our needs. Thanks to Stuart, the manager, for making the stay memorable with attention to every little detail. A true luxury experience 🫶

Our children gave us a stay at the Beaumont Mayfair hotel as a gift, and it lived up to expectations. The room was luxurious, with a high-quality bed and pillows, and a modern, spacious toilet. We enjoyed the full hot breakfast, which had a good spread and was served with care. Being just minutes from Bond Street tube station was convenient, and luxury was there at every turn from the moment we entered the lobby. Highly recommended.

The Beaumont is a classy hotel, but it needs to get back to a five-star standard. Why should guests pay serious money to stay in a room where a dog has been on the furniture and bed? People booking a five-star hotel shouldn’t have to share a room with a dog that could carry fleas and ticks. Is Beaumont so desperate for bookings that it has to accept guests with dogs?
