Firstly, we booked to stay for 4 nights and as soon as we walked in we were welcomed with friendly staff and a clean room with finer details that other 5star hotels don’t think about. Marios, Jana and Robert (duty manager, front desk and restaurant lunch manager) took real great care of us to the point that we will definitely be coming back. They went over and beyond to accommodate our needs and we are walking away with a successful Father’s Day weekend in London!

An exceptional stay from start to finish! The hotel exceeded all expectations with its beautiful design, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding service. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed with them for 8 nights and I’ve rarely seen a hotel so clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. Colin our doorman was helpful in directing us to certain places, Magdalena & Alex our breakfast hosts were very caring while catering to all our needs. The hotel bar serves up perfect drinks. The rooms were comfortable with a fantastic shower. Thank you to Stuart the manager for making our stay truly memorable. A true luxury experience with attentions to the smallest details 🫶
